From Engineering Foundations to Procurement Strategy

My journey began in mechanical engineering, which helped me understand how materials, processes, and cost efficiency fit together. Over time, I moved into procurement, where I could directly influence how businesses manage suppliers, spending, and operational flow.

Over the past six years, I’ve managed end-to-end procurement for both manufacturing and IT service companies. My work has included sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation, all focused on improving cost efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance.
