About Me

From Engineering Foundations to Procurement Strategy

My journey began in mechanical engineering, which helped me understand how materials, processes, and cost efficiency fit together. Over time, I moved into procurement, where I could directly influence how businesses manage suppliers, spending, and operational flow.

Over the past six years, I’ve managed end-to-end procurement for both manufacturing and IT service companies. My work has included sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation, all focused on improving cost efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance.

Recently, I completed my MBA at Loughborough University, where I explored how AI-driven contract management systems can transform procurement operations. Today, I focus on building procurement processes that are simple, transparent, and scalable, aligning business goals with measurable outcomes.

Action:I identified this bottleneck and proposed digitising the contract approval process. I coordinated with internal IT teams to integrate an e-signature workflow and collaborated with suppliers to ensure legal and operational compliance. I started the rollout with a few suppliers who already had digital infrastructure, then expanded adoption across all major vendors.
Result:Contract approval time reduced by 70% (from 6 weeks to less than 2). Administrative errors dropped significantly due to version tracking. Improved cross-department collaboration, as approvals became traceable and secure.
